Collection, feedback and reporting
Use the original response boxes and the existing task-specific Form links. Ordinary Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday artifacts have no new Task ID. Monday’s retry remains ibds-26-s02-d08, attempt 2, under ibds-26-s02-bundle. Thursday’s quiz remains ibds-26-s03-d05 under ibds-26-s03-bundle. All listed work is excluded from full-component prediction. Participation, support and self-checks do not set achievement.
Quiz: 12 minutes plus 5 correction; eight MC /8 and two reviewed short responses /4. The teacher confirms the total. The Paper 1 explanation has separate feedback only. An inaccessible or closed Form is a teacher dependency: retain an exported response; do not use a fabricated replacement link.
Feedback route: preserve first attempt → teacher names evidence and one action → practice repair → fresh changed-case check. Short-response marks by the next class; retry feedback within five teaching days. Journal hand-off requires you to copy/paste and is not an intake receipt.
